Welcome to St. Bernadette Catholic School
Welcome to St. Bernadette
From Mrs. Schultz, Principal - 2022 Archdiocese of Omaha Administrator of the Year
Our 5-acre campus sits next door to Gross Catholic High School and provides a beautiful, outdoor green space. What happens inside St. Bernadette is also beautiful. Our experienced teachers are privileged to be able to educate the whole student: mind, body, and soul.
For students’ intellectual needs, we have a strong, standards-based curriculum, electives in the middle school, and a challenging academic partnership with Gross Catholic High School.
Differentiation is a component of our instruction, as well as response to individual assessments.
For active needs, we provide physical education classes, time outside during the school day, and movement within the classroom. Also, our St. Bernadette Tigers play on winning athletic teams with the direct opportunity to participate in the Junior Cougar athletic programs through Gross Catholic High School.
Spiritual needs are tended to through the celebration of student-led Masses, all school rosaries, community service projects, and dynamic music, art, and religion classes. Our caring staff, with our Pastor Fr. Ben Boyd, addresses the emotional and spiritual needs of each student.
Educating Children Preschool through 8th Grade
Located in Bellevue, a suburb of Omaha near Offutt Air Force Base, St. Bernadette Catholic School provides faith-based learning for children in preschool through 8th grade. Our students consistently demonstrate outstanding academic growth, a love of learning, strong character and compassion for others. At St. Bernadette we are committed to building disciples of Christ. We are dedicated to creating a well-rounded student by nurturing faith and service in an environment that fosters excellence in academics, athletics and fine arts.
